Hoe Cakes and Butter Beans

Hoe cakes-
2 Cups of Cornmeal
1 Tbls of Baking Powder
1 Tsp of Salt
1 Egg
1 Cup of Milk

Mix dry and wet in separate bowls, once mixed, mix all together. Fry in a hot well oiled griddle, making sure to brown both sides till done

Butter Beans-
1 Can of Lima Beans
1 Tsp of Chicken Bouillon
1 Dollop of Butter
1 Cup of Milk

Boil up the beans till soft sever on top of the Hoe Cakes.
